Module 01
The 50% Threshold Down Payment Rule
Booking on our calendar requires $0.00 upfront from the host. Instead, your family registration portal opens for ticket sales. The exact second 50% of your required minimum roster checks out via individual passes or family bundles, those collected funds automatically activate your down payment, secure your reunion date, lock in the local catering trucks/DJs, and clear our 10-person crew payroll. The remaining 50% of ticket sales clears 14 days before launch.

Minimum Roster Commitment
Headcount minimums (75 tickets for Mini / 150 tickets for Medium / 300 tickets for Large) must be fully registered 14 business days before the event, or the host committee covers the financial difference.
